Why rations can only be bought at item mall? Isn t it better that rations can be made by cooking, or manufacturing?

Pet Food exists but it's sadly only dropped by two mobs and the drop chance is pretty low 2-3%. If you can't afford rations you usually can't afford to lv your pet either in that case you can avoid wasting rations by using pet only when you really need the boost.

With all due respect it's impossible for the average person to know about the cost of running this server or the amount of money you are making off it.
But I must admit that I am very confused by the pricing of some apparels such as "Lucky bull apparel" which for some reason is 499 rum or all the 4999 weapon apparels like Deadly Ruler especially since those are way above the price of regular stuff.

Lucky Bull is unique on its own, as it is fit's all classes and races.
as for Ridiculusely priced items, it's just for the purpose so they are included but unreachable.
