Low Performance in multiple clients and randomly not responding

Hi there, I would like to ask why the screen animation becomes very sluggish when multiple clients are running and some clients randomly become not responding at some point. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I personally don't think it's my computer, my configuration is AMD 5990X + 32GB RAM + RTX2080Ti.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried this solution, but it seems still does not work for me. Each client got 7-8 FPS in Hiding mode and 1-3 in normal display mode. Do you have other advice?
