launcher error

I have had time playing this game and it is the first time that the launcher fails me in this way has been loading 63% more than 2 hours without response. I downloaded the patch "and for some reason" tells me that it is the old version of the game "it is reinstalled about 4 times and still remains at 63% or 72% but never progresses more than it takes to 100 % Zankza please help me to solve my problem. Thanks again I downloaded it from the page more than 2 times per (mega) and still it stays in that percentage thanks

This us every week, I go to my parents house and use the internet there launcher starts to donwload craps, i have to re install and open it again, when i come back to my apartment and turn on the laptop with the new conection is the same shyt. every week some1 has the same problem with this damn launcher
