Incorrect Password

I have opened account k001 in october 2021, cannot enter game account because it states "incorrect password"
I changed the password, and it says the same thing.
I returned to the account k001 in november 2021, tried the changed password, it says the same thing, "incorrect password"
I have read past threads, none has helped.
It seems now in 2021, you have not fixed this problem.
I have no caps, dash, or numbers in the password, and I am not in a forum or gulid.
What do I have to do to enter the game account?

Hello,

You have to make sure you enter the ID and the password that you made. The ID is indeed the correct one, but perhaps you've missspelled your password and could once again try to reset it? We are obviously not able to see anyone's password, so on that behalf i cannot help you. Just keep trying and reset the password and use the ID you used again.
