I can't launch the game

I just downloaded the game today and after I clicked "Play" on launcher, nothing happened and the game didn't launch.

1) I tried restarting the computer.
2) I turned off the firewall and deleted my Avast Antivirus.
3) I clicked "version check" and also downloaded the last patch again.
4) I also located PirateKingOnlineLauncher.exe and ran as administrator.

None of them worked :/ Can someone help me?
