HB / CB from jackpot

The amount of amp strive / luck in market right now is insane , it almost a trash item
in the other hand there is ALMOST ZERO Hbs/Cbs in market is impossible to get unless you use Rum
I Suggest to make Jackpot give HB/CB at a 10-15% chance instead of Amp strive / Luck , it would slightly reduce the flooding Amps in market and Supply some Hbs/Cbs in return
Maybe someone have a better idea ? please share your thoughts

Port royal is crowded with amp of strives and amps of lucks. Agree with this.

We can change them to `Blessed` counterpart. But will it be any good?

I think we actually prefer amp of luck or amp of strive instead of blessed hb.. my suggestion is to put hb and cb with lower rates than the currently for normal amps.
