GM I cant log in my character

I went into Lone Tower lv3 and i lagged and the game crashed, now I'm unable to log back in the game with none of my characters please help. It states: " target map cannot be reached.'

This delay and disrespect shown by the administration towards the game's schedule, with repeated postponements, is disrespectful to the players and participants. If you had a problem with players causing trouble within the game, you could have dealt with them without shutting down the entire group. Please honor your promises to us.
