character gone

log in after a while, and all characters gone , can find them on the website, but not in game

you might have logged onto the wrong server. When your launcher is ready, check bottom right corner to see whether you're logging onto tortuga or port royal

You still have your characters. Just make sure you select the server "Tortuga" from within the game launcher.
