Is it true you can't forge broken with chipped gems?
Since when is this a thing?
I thought chip gems are excluded from the limitation.
(Limitations - can't forge broken with crack, crack and unique)
Here is a screenshot, of me unable to forge chip rage into the 2nd socket ( 1st socket broken rage)
