Bar pvp, cant invite 1v1

I can't invite 1v1 in bar, i already have a medal of valor.
i can recieve invites but idk why i cant send. when i right-click a character the "1v1" option is gray, cant click it.

Yes. Using the tweak skin here would let you pvp. So use the orig one to be able to 1v1
